COVID 19 Clinic Procedures

Front Porch Acupuncture is so excited to open its doors to the public on August 10th, 2020!  In these unprecedented times, we are taking every precaution to keep you safe while you visit our clinic.

The guidelines below are what you can expect when coming into the clinic. We ask that you contact us if you have any questions regarding these guidelines.

All Consultations will be done online:

To further reduce contact, all consultations will be done via our HIPPA secured online form platform.  Please make sure to fill out and sign all the forms we send you online before your visit.

Cleaning Procedures:

All surfaces, will be cleaned and disinfected with non toxic products on a regular bases and after every patient.  High contact areas have been limited and the main doors to clinic and bathrooms will be left open to minimize further contact. You will always have privacy and safety in these spaces.

There will be no sheets or blankets used during this time on tables or chairs.  All surfaces will be sprayed down between each patient.

How you can help:

  • Please bring a mask with you

  • If you forget, one will be provided for $1.  You can help us keep our prices low by bringing your own mask to the clinic.

  • Please come alone to your treatment sessions.   Exceptions apply for patients with disabilities and our facility is ADA compliant.

  • Please stay home if you feel sick.  If you have an ongoing cough due to any reason, we will not be able to treat you in our clinic at this time and our telemedicine service will be a better fit for you.  We ask that those that have any type of coughing due to cold, flu, allergies, or asthma use our telemedicine service as well.  You can call us directly for more information on telemedicine.

  • Please respect the 24 hours cancellation policy.

  • We can only see a limited amount of patients per day due to distancing practices. If too many people cancel last minute, it will be hard for us to stay open at our regular prices and to support our larger community.

  • Please be on time for your scheduled appointment.  This is important for maintaining proper distancing in our clinic.  All appointments are one hour long and your session time will, unfortunately, be shortened if you are late.

For your comfort.

Please bring your own covering or light sweater to use during your session.

Also, we ask that you bring your own water bottle to help us eliminate the potential of surface space contamination.

Thank you for doing your part in supporting what we do and being a part of our community!

Masks Are Required.

All patients and practitioners must have a mask to enter the clinic and it must be worn over their mouth and nose at all times during the session.
